• Pre-Orders are Print to Order and will ship within 2 weeks of purchase.

• You have 24 hours to cancel a document service request, after that payment is forfeited.

• There is a 72 hour window to request any changes/edits after document has been sent to you.

• Please book your document service at least 2 weeks before YOU need to submit it. ​

• Please email any additional or helpful info that is needed to complete your document request after booking (if you are not sure, please send an email and we will let you know if we need anything additional before we can begin). ​

• If you have a special request, please email before booking. 

​

• Please allow up to 48 hours for an email response. 

​

• Email communication will be used only, unless there is an emergency need, of which a phone call conversation is necessary.

• Please note the additional fee for documents printed and delivered.

• Payments are via Apple Pay, Debit/Credit Card or Square.
